      This company is the c*** I bought two window packages this year from them. And one was 2 month late. The one I was scheduled to get on 10/19 only one slider showed up on 10/20. And the only answer they have both times we dont know what happened but we are working on it.

      Very poor customer service and window quality. Submitted my claim last June, after complaining about poor response time finally 5 months later received an email that my issue wasn't covered by the warranty. ******** windows were purchased by the builder for our new home construction. 4 months from the initial installation, accumulation of debris bugs, mold, dirt were seen in about half of the windows trapped behind the glazing on top of the window frame, this debris cannot be removed but it can visibly be seen both on the inside and outside of the windows. ******** 'S response was that this is a NORMAL occurrence for these accumulations to build up, therefore not covered under the product warranty. This is NEW CONSTRUCTION. It is not surprising to see that this company received an F rating. ***** *

      These are environmental conditions for which the warranty does not cover. The bead that surrounds the glass can be removed to clean this area. The bead may break during removal, if that happens you can contact us and we can provide replacements.

      Contacted them several times, including an email to their headquarters in **********, about an issue with my windows. They are supposed to have a lifetime warranty-ha! I have gotten no response to my requests even though the windows are only 4 years old. Awful to even try to deal with.

      Bought a home the original owner just finished building and then unfortunately passed away while moving in. Home was brand new with Ply Gem windows installed. Two years later 5 out of 12 of there windows cannot be seen through because of some type of film that developed on the inside of the insulated panes. Called them and they didnt care because I wasnt the original buyer ( who never lived in the home) so they wont warranty anything to do with THERE product. I would discourage anyone from using this company as its product is poor and they definitely dont want to warranty it. The excuse was the warranty was not transferable, let me remind you the original purchasers never got to move in the home so in essence we were the original owners to ever use the windows but Ply Gems response was oh well. Hopefully this will save someone else the same fate weve experienced with this very poorly made product.

      I would give Ply Gem a zero if I could. We have done three remodels on our home and used Ply Gem for every single remodel. The first hot day of the summer one of our sliding glass doors exploded. We called the warranty department and didnt hear back, so we kept calling. Eventually, we got a hold of a human only to be informed that glass breakage was not covered under the warranty. We pursued purchasing a replacement door through a supplier with no help of Ply Gem. When the door was finally delivered six weeks later, it was the wrong door. We called in some favors and eventually talked to the sales person from Plygem, who scheduled his service department to come out to swap the door out. The technicians who came out showed up earlier than they were supposed to, and did a shotty job of replacing the door. They didnt even wipe their fingerprints off the windows. I would never use these guys again, and would go to any other manufacturer than them in the future.

      Weve been trying to get this business to address warranty issues regarding a number of failed double pane windows. While they agree the windows should be replaced under warranty, we have been unable to get the replacements for over seven months. When we call, they lie to us over and over again, giving us one story after another. We have caught them in many outright lies many times. They never return phone callsever. We have never encountered a company as bad as this one. They have substandard products, lie to customers and do not stand behind their products. I am amazed that such a company can remain in business.

      Very poor customer service. I have opened a warranty claim 4 months ago and no one contacted me to repair their product. Left messages once a week and even left messages to the supervisor with no response. They claim they are backed up but all I am getting are lies and the stalling to get the repair done.

      First part of arranging our new patio door went great. Installation was very good, efficient etc. Since then we noticed a problem with our screen part of the door and our coordinator whom I contacted basically washed her hands of the project and passed the buck. I've called and left messages and no response. My screen does not stay closed so it's kind of a big problem when you want to open the glass door to get fresh air. Also the lock never worked and our sales rep was going to submit a work order about a month ago for this problem but no word from anyone. Today I was told to fill out an online form and I'll hear back in 72 hours. We'll see since I have yet to hear from a month ago. After install customer service is terrible

      Worst company ever. Took a year for a standard patio door. Emails and phone calls went unanswered. Unfortunately for me they were recommended to me. Worst customer service ever. And I am tired of the covid excuse. It people are working from home they should answer emails and phone calls. *** **** **** **** *******

      Doors and windows are great, much better than builder 's quality. Booking an appointment was a nightmare as Brock did not return calls or emails. Installation was very poor with a Friday afternoon install. Fallowed up with many phone messages...not calls back. Too many major problems with install...no follow up.
