    Carpet Connection installed $6000.00 of carpet in my home September of 2024. The carpet was not properly installed. There are several areas at doorways that were not stapled down meaning I could pick up the entire carpet. They did not stretch the carpet in several rooms. The carpet is crooked in areas and too short in areas. I have never seen anything like this. They will not fix this problem nor will they give me a refund. They told me they would not refund me any money because that was too much for them to refund, but they sure took my money. They ruined $6000 worth of carpet and couldn't care less. I would NOT let this company put a doormat at my home!!!Also, these are not the ***** who have owned this company for years. These people are new owners and do NOT care for their customers. It looks like 5 year olds put this carpet down. AWFUL !!!
