      We paid ****** on 1/28/2025 via debit card. The money was deducted from my wife's bank account to cover the returned payment from 1/24/2025. Our documents show that the amount was taken out and received. However, it also shows that they received the payment but did not apply it to the account. The people we spoke with made us feel like we did something wrong and stupid. They can't seem to figure out where the ****** went and keep trying to say it was applied to other invoices. That is not true since any other invoices were paid out of our account. They put our account on hold and demand that we pay them another ******. Also, we noticed that another payment on the ** open item list for ****** is not listed. This payment is listed in the document attached showing it was received and applied. They need to find our money and properly apply it to our account as well as take the hold off it. This is going to cause our business to suffer and lose money.

      Please be advised that the issue with our account has been resolved. Please forward this message to the corporate office. I also want to note that everyone I dealt with today concerning this issue was very polite, helpful, professional and resolved the issue very quickly!
