1 starI made an appointment online for 1 pm the office is closed from 12:30 to 1:30. I had to sit outside of the business for 30 minutes. Once I got inside and tried to sign in I had issues with the machine a *** advised she would help. No conversation was had she then advised the next appointment is 2 pm. I hate this scam of a company and everything they stand for.Review fromDonna G.

1 starI had lab work done by this company on 10/08/2024 in their ******, *** branch. I received an *** from my insurance saying it was a duplicate bill and I had $0 responsibilty. They kept billing me for $20 weekly for a month. I emailed them 3 times and each time was told someone would respond. No one ever did. When you call you cannot speak to anyone, just an automated pay your bill. Called my insurance company to get a phone number. Called the number, put on hold for 15 minutes.then it rand 3 times and I was disconnected. A wonderful way to run a business. No responsi bility to patients just want money. No customer service. If I could use another ********************** because this one is definately lacking in professionialism.Review fromTanya J

1 starBrought some family in for some testing that we scheduled for online. There was a lady up front dark skinned said her name was *******. Giving a description because she doesn't wear a name tag and she's obviously the same person everyone here is complaining about. We arrived 02/17/25 at 9:45 am. This lady was extremely rude to my Fiance ***** ********. She gave our family a hard time kept saying they can't see us even though we had an appointment. Went back and forth about all kinds of things that had nothing to do with anything we did wrong. How can a medical facility employ someone like this to handle paying customers!!!Never going back, this lady needs removed from employment. This is the worse experience we have ever gone through!!******************************************************Review fromQuan G

1 starI had an appointment on 1/27/25 at 8:45 for H. pylori breath test, and I walked in around 8:30. The staff said they cannot do the test because I need to finish the pylori treatment first, which is not true, because this is the initial test, and the doctor will use the test result to decide if I need a treatment or not. However the staff sad I should go back and talk to my doctor. I went back to my doctor office, the doctor said I do not need any treatment, and give a paper explain why I needed the test and highlighted that I do not have to finish the treatment first. So I went back to LabCorp and trying to explain that, the staff told me do not yell at her, and actually she was louder than I was. The doctor also said they send the same test request to the labs and this has never happened before. The staff is not professional, and has very bad attitude. she did not even want to listen to any explanations.I made the appointment 2 weeks ago expecting to finish the test in 20 minutes, end up spending the whole day there. I would have given 0 star if I could.Review fromRobin R

1 starI was at the Labcorp in *********, ** on ********** on time for my appointment this afternoon. When I arrived I saw I was the only patient there. I went to the only person sitting at the reception desk for assistance. She told me that I needed to sign in with my ID. I looked around the area but I wasnt able to figure out what she meant or I was supposed to do. And she certainly wasnt paying attention.I told her that I didnt understand what I was supposed to do. She responded with you need to sign in with your ID. This went on 4 more times until I was beyond frustrated. Admittedly I do have some cognitive issues. And Im fairly younger on the senior spectrum. But after having worked in healthcare most of my adult life, there are many seniors living with some deficit. If someone came to me under the same circumstances, I would be inclined to get up out of my chair and assist by providing whatever specifics to get the patient proper care. In fact, it would be my responsibility to do so.She never got up. She barely even looked at me. The experience went above and beyond humiliating. I feel that she was deliberately unkind and cruel to me! And for no reason at all! I was just a paying customer. It became very awkward when I finally got to the point where I realized she wasnt about to help so I gathered my things and started to leave. Incredibly, the last thing she said to me was All you have to do is sign in with your ID as if repeating it enough would make the idea of it magically pop into my head. Really??I cannot bring myself to go back to Labcorp. And I really didnt see any direct link to complain about the visit. WhateverReview fromMichelle C.

1 starOne start is TOO MUCH! This company's billing department is impossible to work with. I am a private pay patient and have always received a discounted bill due to the "self pay" status. in August I had labs done at my **************** with a different employee than usual. My labs were billed to an old insurance company I'd not had for almost 2 years. Naturally it was denied and received an *** from that insurance company. Upon that receipt, I called Lab Corp to let them know I was a self pay patient and made a credit card payment. One week later I realized I'd no gotten the discount so called back and spent 65 minutes on the phone with someone in billing, requested a manager TWO TIMES and was just given a run-around about how I'd already paid the bill and they could not give me a credit or refund for the discounted portion. To top that off, they had no record of my original phone call when I made the payment over the phone a week earlier. They saw my payment but said they had no record of my call. I disputed the bill with my credit card company and received a refund because Lab Corp did not respond to the Credit cards inquiry within the given time. I have requested an adjusted bill 3 TIMES and continue to get a run-around without a new bill in writing. I called last week to request it verbally and was told they could do nothing. Now I receive notice that my bill has gone into their collection department. I highly recommend running the opposite direction from this company, and fortunately, my *********** also uses another outside lab and they are what I am currently patronizing. I will never use Lab Corp again.Review fromNoelle G

1 starLabcorp is the scummiest place, especially their billing department. Not only are they fine with breaking federal law by using Collections as a threat, let me delve deeper into that bit, theyll send you a letter and at the top of the letter it says in big bold letters COLLECTIONS NOTICE but you read more and they say oh well we dont want to have to send your bill to collections so pay it all now. That is a threat! That is breaking federal law! And the reason I keep getting these threats brings me to my second complaint that THEY STOLE FROM ME! On their site there is an option to make payments so I didnt bother calling to make a payment plan because its on the site that you can make payments, so thats exactly what I was doing, then one day I get a letter saying my bill is delinquent because I never made a payment and when I called they said all the payments I made didnt count. I beg to differ! THAT MONEY LEAVING MY ACCOUNT SURE LOOKS LIKE IT COUNTED! Ive been paying twice a month every month to pay off this stupid bill, finally got a hold of the supervisor, and he was just as scummy as his employees, completely dodging any blame and ignoring the evidence in his face that he is totally fine with breaking federal law!Review fromMary S

1 starThis company LIES to you to get you to sign a patient agreement form, then LIES to you to get your card information. Stating that a representative will call you about your balance before withdrawing payment. Yeah that didn't happen at all, just woke up to money missing out of my account.Called customer service only for them to throw they da*n customer agreement form in my face, I reiterated numerous of times that I was not informed about a payment or when it would be taken out. Finally got fed up and ask to speak with a supervisor, and what do you know? She LIED TOO! On a recorded line might I add. She stated to me that I would receive a refund and allow time for it to post back to my account. And here's the kicker, never got the refund, even though there is a recording of it and the supervisor debunking the patient agreement form. They had the audacity to send me a letter in the mail about the da*n patient agreement form.Despicable Business!! Will NEVER use this business again, nothing but lying, stealing ********Review fromNelio d

1 starThis business is run as if a hamburger stand: "NEXT".On 05Jun24, I scheduled with my PCP, Dr. ******* **********, the collection of specimen for an appointment with my ****************** *******, on 12Jun24. On 11Jun24 I received, at work around 1000, a call from my Urologist to inform me that the did not received results from LabCorp. Immediately I called my PCP and nurse *** informed that the specimen was collected accordingly, on 05Jun24. Nurse *** called LabCorp and she was informed that my specimen was not received for processing. This 7 (seven) days after collection. I then asked her if we could collect, using another Lab, so I could meet my appointment. I then left work, loosing paid time, went to my PCP, had my specimen collected again. On 12Jun24, as I checked in at my **************** form appointment, the nurse informed that two results were received: one collected on 05Jun24 and another on 11Jun24.LabCorp is now billing me, alleging services were rendered.I called their customer services (not in capital), spoke to ****** trying to communicate with them and even asked for a name of a person responsible in these matters. No-one available. i wrote a letter explaining this service failure, when someone on their lab, acting on a ***** mode, found my specimen, processed and sent to my Urologist without having the professional courtesy, to say the least, to inform my doctor's ********** can one possibly trust the chain of custody of this Business, would you? This is why this Law abiding citizen, whose credit score is impeccable is refusing to pay for this bill of US$ ******. Services were not rendered and Lab Corp is sending me to collection.***** *************Review fromJohanna M.

1 starI needed a blood test within a week and a half, so I went to the walk-in lab in ***********, **, with doctor's orders. However, when the test results were needed, the record that Labcorp had seen me in *********** was confirmed, but the bloodwork results were lost.
