    I recently had windows installed by Window World, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. The installation team was not professional and made several mistakes during the installation process, resulting in damage to my home's walls and frames. Additionally, the windows themselves did not fit properly, and there were gaps that let in cold air. We spoke to the manager about their employees throwing cigarettes on the ground and unbroken windows on my grass, resulting in broken glass all over the outside of my home, my sofa, my carpets, and even in my basement. Not to mention, their employees were smoking right outside my house in which they just removed the windows, so all of their cigarette smoke went right into my home. They also had young kids working around our house, and one of them broke one of my furniture pieces. They are aware of the broken furniture piece as the project manager, ****, notified me of this. While the customer service team was initially responsive, they did not follow through on their promises to fix the issues. They did not return to fix the issues as they just came to inspect the job done. They installed products that lacked craftsmanship and left me with multiple finger prints inside double paned windows, in addition to multiple scratches. I have on video a worker asking the project manager inside where to place the unbroken window they just removed, and while laughing, the project manger told the worker to throw it down the ladder onto our grass. This is completely unacceptable as there was glass scattered throughout the yard and did not bother to clean up after themselves. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of work and the lack of attention to detail from Window World. I would not recommend them to anyone, and I suggest they take steps to improve their installation process and customer service in order to avoid similar issues in the future.

    We re-installed and re-trimmed several of Mr. *****'s windows. Mr. ***** inspected the windows with me (GM) and install manager and was satisfied. During the inspection we noticed there needed to be some small touch up painting on a couple of his window trim. We scheduled the service, showed up 5 times.. Each time Mr. ***** was not around to let our person perform the work. He is now in collections because there is a balance due which is why he is now going to the BBB.
