    Ordered April 3rd 2013 from The Lampstand *********************** "******* the Witch" and paid $66.30 US plus $12.95 shipping **. Delivery was to my ** residence ***********************************************************************. I've called in May and June and left messages. Now their number is out of service due to their upcoming move. No other info is available. Please help me...I am a widow and a senior .******** soo much *********************** **************

    I ordered 4 *************** Swan Creek candles from the Lamp Stand on February 19, 2023 because we love their scent. When I received them you could not even smell them when you opened the jars. I decided to try to burn a couple for several ***** to see if they improved after burning but they did not. On March 2, 2023, I called ************** to ask about their return policy. I waited on hold for over 10 minutes and was finally asked to leave a message. I never heard from them so I called again on April 10 and spoke to **** who said they may have just been a bad batch and I would receive a $40.80 credit for the 2 that I had not used. I should see the credit within 48 hours. I have received no credit and have left multiple messages at that same number (after a 12 minute hold each time) to find out why there has been no credit.
