      I walked into O'Reilly Auto Part at location **** ********* ************ ** ***** on July 29, 2022 to see if they can scan my vehicle because it had the check engine light on. When it was my turn to approached the counter I asked the sales associate can she check it for me she to me to give her a moment, so I stood near the front door. About 5 minutes she walked away, so I assumed she went to get the coder, I left out of the store went to my vehicle. I'm standing outside of my vehicle with the door open but she proceeded to another vehicle with someone else. I then said excuse me I'm right here, she looked at me and said something to the lady and continued to follow her. I then walked towards her and said I'm over here and she said this lady is before you and then said no she came in after me when I was waiting on you. The customer said she is correct, she was first. The sales associate now has an attitude walking over towards me. She reaches her hand out so i assumed she needs my key and i had it to her. I told her that I didn't care for the way she ignored me. I told her that when walking in you all don't greet the customer and then treat me like this. After all of that she tells me that she has to print it out so she walks away. I then asked her for my key and she said it's in my vehicle. I then go inside waiting on my print out but she at the other lady vehicle. Then the other lady walks in and I see her go to another lady vehicle. Now I'm getting impatient because this sale associate never said can you give me a moment or do you mind if I take care of the other 2 ladies. I feel that she should have given me an option. Because I was told from her that she has to go inside and print it. Nothing else said to me. She handed the papers to me and that was it. My business will be going to **** **** because of Yara disrespecfulness. I guess she forgot that what she does reflects on O'Reilly reputation.

      I purchased Artic Freeze AC auto coolant. Did not use the product and uninformed by sign or clerk that this product could not be returned. The AC started working right after I left the store. Tried to return the product. Unused and witnessed unused, uninspected by any one at the store who lied and said it looked used and no refund given. No trustworthy personnel working at O’Reilly Auto Parts at this store and sneaky sales tactics.

      It's a shame you can't get any help that knows anything. You would think having someone work in the auto parts store would know something about what they are selling. ******* people are the ones they hire. Not good.

      Not good, Bought two ignition switches and of course made in China. the threads for mounting end a 1/2 inch from base. So I have to make my own washers to make these work. With gas at $5 dollars a gallon I had to go too two stores to get two of these. Which means driving to return these also. Just won't do it again

      Poor customer service. Purchased a battery asked if it could be installed as they verified I had a bad battery. Store employee states only if were are not busy. Really I was the only customer in the place. Do have to say I appear to have interrupted some personal cell phone activity. For the price of the battery installing should be automatic. Doubt I will b returning.

      OReilly store asst manager ****** ******** sold me a 67 yr old woman the wrong transmission fluid told me he had no funnel and to use the dipstick to help get the fluid in the car. I asked if he could show me he said No but put it where the red cap is. Luckily I read the back of the container it was not for my vehicle. The store is at ***** ***** ****** ******* ***** *****

      Terrible experience!I needed a battery and I call the place to be sure that they have the battery that I need at an affordable price.They told me that they had one that fits my truck . I asked if they have that for sure at that store. He said yes . Ok ,I said . Im going right now.. When there they said we dont have that one . End of the story: since my truck didnt star anymore and I spent my time going there and with no more time to spend I had to buy a different one that they offered me instead of the original one and charged me 75 % more than the one they offered me by phone . Sooooo disappointed I will never ever buy again at OReilly

      The oreily on **** *** is the worst! The assistant manager of the store sells me a intake system for my car walks outside with me and opens the box himeself! He then begins to show me how to put on the part! I take the part to someone to install it and it turns out not able to fit on my car! I take the part back and he denies me a return because he is the one who open the box! ****** was his name he then laughs at me and tells me good luck! Absolutely worst customer service I ever seen!!! How do they get away with this? Horrible management and disrespectful employees! Never shop there again

      FRAUD COMPANY and customer support lies!!!I ordered a 350$ part from online and was told it would be ready by 1pm the next day. But in the confirmation email it stated 2 days. So I called customer support to cancel and it was closed till the morning. In the morning they canceled the order and said the money was returned on their end. I called the bank and found out that was a lie, I even talked to 2 representatives and one was a manager. This store has horrible customer service that lies and talks in circles instead of being honest and answering simple questions. I am still waiting on the money, I even had to contact bank to dispute this.
