1 starI recently bought a Iphone 15 pro which was proven lost from *** after 2 investigations which they said they would reimburse me a refund on their behalf but they were required to email the shipper (plug tech) a request for documents to process my refund. Plug Tech has done nothing to help, me and *** has tryed multiple times to contact plug tech to respond to the sent email. *** is literaly trying doing all they can to make things right but this shipper is just ignoring everything. 1 starI ordered two iPads for my children for Christmas. My package was never delivered to me. *** has been trying to reach out to plug to no avail. I have emailed and sent in request for someone to call me and I have not been compensated, no one has bothered to call me and I have not been reimbursed. I will make it my business to make sure this company gets a bad review every chance I get concerned my hard earned money going down the drain that was supposed to be gifts for my children. This company will take your money and leave you high and dry! Im very disappointed and hurt by this experience. And I will not stop coming for this company until I reimbursed for my purchase that I never received. This company doesnt even have the decency to provide contact numbers. I recently purchased a MacBook Air 2017 and an Apple Watch Ultra from PLUG. Regrettably, I have encountered some significant issues with these products. The MacBook Air is experiencing a problem with dislodging keyboard keys, and the Apple Watch Ultra is unresponsive. I am keen to find a resolution to these issues as soon as possible. If they are not addressed, I may consider ******************* for acquiring these products. In an update, I have already had to repurchase a different version of the MacBook Air, specifically the M1 model, directly from Apple. Moreover, I find the return process provided by PLUG to be unsatisfactory. In light of these complications, I believe a refund is warranted. I intend to pursue this matter until a satisfactory resolution is reached. I hope this situation will prompt an improvement in the company's integrity and business practices.Plug

I wish I could give zero stars. Purchased a $50 gc for a Christmas gift on Dec 20, 2023. As of today- Jan 2, **** still no gc. All my order says is order placed. There is no phone customer support. Emails go unanswered and the chats they're just as bad. So now I'm out $50 and a gift which I have to make good on. Plug= SUCK!!!!Plug

I have been trying for days to get help with my order, their ApplePay api which collects the data to then create the order and then submit payment to the issuer swapped my billing and shipping address in Shopify so my order got shipped to ******* instead of *****. I immediately saw the error and have been attempting in vain to get help. After emailing folks even at the top, calling the number listed on my bank statement, and attempting contact through social media, my order was still shipped with the mistake two days later. I needed this watch to track some medical issues through an app that reports the data to my doctor. *** Im out $300 and Ill never see the watch. I would have been completely ok with a cancellation which is well within their capabilities with the order management system and the card processing software they use, but they were of no help whatsoever.Plug

Bought a phone with them in good condition, stopped working within a month. Tried to contact customer service, to which they told me the internal team would contact me and send me a return label for them to fix the device. It's been a week and no email whatsoever. I contacted them again several times, said the same thing, and this time the customer service associate did not close the chat, so that I couldn't reach out for another associate. I don't care that they are busy with holidays, good businesses don't ghost their customers whenever there is an issue, so don't buy from them if you have doubts, you will certainty not be able to get back to them if there is something wrong. I really hope the guy who works at plug stops posting on tiktok and works on the customer satisfaction.Plug

I am in the process now of trying to get a response from Plug about an Apple Pencil 2nd *** that I purchased and now need to exchange for a 1st ***. I have emailed them at the @hello email they provided on the website and through the "Contact Us" portal. I have yet to hear back from the company. All I want is an exchange. When the product was delivered and I realized I had ordered the wrong pencil, I immediately went to the website to request an "exchange" and got the message that my purchase was "ineligible" for a refund. Their website clearly states that the buyer has 30 days to be completely satisfied with their purchase or they can return or exchange the product. Right now, they get 1 star for lack of communication and false advertising about the return/exchange policy. They could have increase the number of stars I give by just fixing this problem. Quickly. plug.tech is a total scam! I paid $300 for a phone and it went dead the next day. When I contacted customer service, they just had automated messages and weren't any help at all. I ended up having to purchase another phone from Shopiosx.com which is much better quality and more reliable. Avoid plug.tech at all costs!Plug
