    Had a sink refinished three times and still the problem isnt solved. Met with them and we told them we wanted r money back. He said that when he got back to the office hed check out the paperwork. That was 8 days ago and Ive texted him twice. No response. Not cool.

    Have had to have them do 6 repairs on s simple tub resurfacing. Company owner even came to my home twice & did not fix issue.

    The text to the ** after last weeks repair reads as this from the customer.Hi ***. I just wanted to say Thank you. I could not be happier with the service I received today from ***********What an incredible young man! He did an awesome **** *** know people twice his age who do not have half of his work ethic. Thank you so much!So we are confused to say the least. If there was an issue she had the number to reach out, even had the **'s number.

    I had set address done 2019 by Miracle Method and while they did a great job. Other things were very poor such as they tried to change the office after quote was written and given. Tried to contact the finance to get extra cost added but I'd already contacted them with concerns. Worker was late two days with no call. A month later we had to call a plumber for standing water in shower. The tub has started to peel and one of the shelves is hanging off so I feel that they didn't fulfill presented promise of long term work that is unraveling 2-3 years after completing.
