If i could rate this place 0 stars i could! The owner of this business is racist, rude and thinks hes a bully. I was directed here by my job to complete my exam for my license upon arrival I provided the documents I was told to bring ************* begins to advise me I am missing a document that frustrated me because i just drove 30 minutes to get here 7 months pregnant in hot weather now I am being turned around so before i left i wanted to make sure I knew where who and how to obtain this certificate ************* took me asking a simple question as me complaining and told me to get the **** out and that i could never test there again ( as if i would want to) upon me asking for his name he told me I had no rights to ask him for his name and I had 5 seconds to leave or h*** be calling 911. It was really the worst experience i have received!

Thank you for contacting me. Apparently, candidate speaks her own language and uses her own vocabulary.

Candidate came without the proper credentials that we are required by contractual agreement to collect prior to seating candidates for their test. I advised her that I will give her up to 3 hours to find out how to print and bring back the required credential. Also, I told her that there are ***** and *** stores nearby. Candidate shouted that this is not a requirement she is aware of, and I insisted that this is the rule to be followed. For reference, few candidates come with the same situation every day, and all follow the rule and obtain the printouts before testing.

This candidate not just came unprepared to test, she insisted on testing without proper documentation and raised her tone, while we had almost 20 other candidates testing. I told her to immediately change the tone in order to test here and gave her a final chance to come back with the required credential. Candidate kept shouting and refused to leave. I told her that 911 will be called to ****** her out if she stays. Candidate left shouting in the hallway: "F**k you racist!".

Candidate actions were reported to her testing organization and the testing vendor, both approved actions taken at our end, and candidate has been denied testing here permanently. We have the entire encounter recorded audio and video, and we retain the right to press disorderly charge against any offender/unruly individual.

It is noteworthy that after we added this new contract a year ago or so, which allows entry level candidates with minimal life experience/education to take exams here that we are witnessing an increasing level of push back, profanity-laden encounters, and disorderly conduct from some of this very program candidates.

    Thank you

I am writing to complain about the behavior of *************************, the owner of Language Access Consulting & Training. On [date], I went to his testing center to take an exam. When I arrived, ************** ordered me to knock on the door and wait outside. Then he ordered me to enter the office, sit down, and disinfect my hands in front of him. When I asked him to be more respectful, he threatened to cancel my test. I asked him to be more respectful again, and he snapped his fingers in my face several times. He told me that he is a federal officer, and he towered over me. Then he said that he was canceling my test. I left because I was afraid that he was going to physically assault **** am very disappointed and disturbed by ****************** behavior. He was rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. He created a hostile environment for me, and he made me feel unsafe. I am concerned that he may behave this way towards other customers, and I do not want anyone else to have to go through the same experience that I did.I am requesting that you investigate ****************** behavior and take appropriate disciplinary action. I also request that you take steps to ensure that all of your customers are treated with respect and dignity.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

You forgot conveniently to mention the following:1) You applied for a federal job and was scheduled to take a federal exam. Unlike you, I am bound by my NDA. You know better that there is a professional venue through your portal to file such a complaint. I already reported your unaccepted behavior on the spot that day.2) All policies are posted clearly at the front door, and we process about 50 candidates a day 6 days a week for the last 11 years. Only you had a problem following simple directions. You were warned twice. Then, you were asked to leave. Unfortunately, we do not have the luxury, staff time, or buffer to "convince" testing candidates for why we have certain policies in place. Please take your business somewhere else along with your combative attitude.
