Avoid business, not truly ADA helpful. Long story short I had a stairlift installed for the first flight of my stairs (11 steps). A year later my mother broke her hip and I needed a second stair lift for the additional 5 steps (BOTH installs cost around $4100). Less than 90 days later our washer broke (2nd floor of house), delivery service was unable to deliver due to limited space from chairs. I called to schedule to have chairs removed and then placed back on and was told would be about $2000. I could not afford that and wanted to discuss other options. I was told the 2nd chair could be bough back for about $800, I stated ok but I wanted the railing left in place for future use if needed. I called delivery service for washer and was told the washer could not be installed unless both chairs were removed. I then asked for the other chair to be removed ($500 fee) and it was to be reinstalled after washer ordeal. I was not at home during this process, my mother and daughter were. The person removed the rail with the chair. When I called to get it reinstalled I was told no, the company does not do that. I was told the buyback could be cancelled but to reinstall the rail and chair would be $2000. The math: 2 units $4100 x2 = $8200 1 chair removal = $500 1 chair buy back= + $800 TOTAL: $7900 Reinstall one chair left on premise: $800 Total to be left with 1 operational lift: $8700 So yes, Arrow Lift does offer cost sensitive ways to get around the home. Remember the first lift was $4100 installed, not too bad. However, they more than make their money back if you have to move the chair in any way shape or form. I personally decided to forego spending any more money with this company and did not get the chair reinstalled onto the Lift. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone else because of the fees.
