      I would prefer to give zero stars at this point! I made an online order at the Elkhart Indiana Gordon's store today. Confirmation said it would be available for pick up at 4pm today. My husband arrives at 410pm and they tell him the order hasn't been pulled yet. He waits. They bring only 3 of the 11 water bottles that I purchased online a couple hours ago in the order. My husband sees another lady taking the other bottles off the shelf and putting them in her cart. Had they pulled them by the time my order was suppose to be ready, I would have had 11 bottles. When I call to complain, the so called manager keeps telling me to stop yelling, when I'm definitely not yelling! Irritation in my voice, definitely, but i was not yelling! He proceeds to call me a bitch on the phone!! Great customer service!!

      i purchase on 07/14/2024 at ********************************************. BBQ Pulled Chicken Chicken Barbecue, Pulled, Hickory-Smoked, with Sauce, Cooked, Frozen, 4 Lb Tray. after cooking it . It had 3 pound of liquid 1 pound of chicken so not worth ***** dollars. Will not be returning to here after that.

      Only for today's services the young lady at the cash register was very rude and accused me of having counterfeit money I think the company definitely owes me and apology

      Gordon good services is a terrible place to work. I got set up by *** (Manager at the ******** location) I was supposed to take a random drug test and I have messages to prove he was on his way to pick me up from one of the stops on the route to take the random test. When we get back to the office he said I refused and terminated my employment. To add to that he called me at 3:00 AM screaming and yelling swearing because I asked him if I can take the drug test on company time. I believe it was done maliciously because I would not allow him to disrespect me over the phone. There has been guys working there who tried ****** co-workers, a guy who killed someone while driving and a lot of othe illegal things they do to cover up for each other. Because I stood up for my self I got set up. It is an unprofessional place to work at.

      Within the last several months, I've had two issues with GFS in ********, **. The first was molded sweet potato fries. The second was yogurt I purchased. I had only had it for a couple of days when I went to eat a cup and noticed the expiration date was the next day. GFS is more like a buyer's beware store. Many years ago, more than 10, my mom purchased some of the super donuts. They had mold in them. These were frozen. I don't understand how GFS keeps selling molded food. Thank goodness I took a pic of the fries so I can send to our health department. Something is very wrong. They need to do a better job at checking their inventory. I know we are all going through something, but instead of saving money, it is costing me money having to run back to the store for a refund. Very disappointed in this store. I don't think I can do business with them anymore. I don't have money to waste or give away.
