  This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. I still have a leaky roof even one year later after grossly over paying for my roof to be redone. I have had to take off work because they require someone in the house while they work outside. I have now scheduled a 4th attempt for the roof to be fixed and I can only reach scheduling people through their phone tree. I cannot have a conversation with anyone knowledgeable about the business or roofing. Not one person has been out to inspect the damage following the original fix. Very unhappy. I currently have 6 buckets and bowls collecting water from a storm that is now hitting 3 weeks after my last complaint about a single leak.

  Had Hanson out about a year ago (2024} Within two weeks the stones from the roof shingles had jammed my downspouts and the water was pouring over the front of my gutters. The city inspector came out and said that Hanson did not install intake vents on the roof. Hanson came out and installed intake vents on the house about a year later. They also took one of these intake vents and put it right in the middle of my roof if this is a professional installation there's a lot to be desired. They keep telling me this is all normal.

  **** and his crew did a great job on my new roof, and cleaned up like he was never here.He asked if I had any questions and answered the ones I did.

  The installer **** was a very nice professional guy and made sure mess was cleaned when finished and the sales man **** was a great guy I will be referring your company when I can thanks for the help and making it easy to get my windows

  The windows that were installed are dented, scratched, seams coming apart, gaps, and look like they were pulled out of another house and put into our home. Screens are loose and sloppy. And the install team cracked and scratched up my existing window trim so that will need repaired as well. I have 15 or more photos showing the poor quality to craftsmanship and installation. I expect a resolution immediately. And of course will likely not get one.

  I would never recommend or refer Hansons to anyone, for anything.First off the salesman who originally visited my house to quote a full bathroom remodel, directly lied to me while sitting at my dining room table. I asked very specific questions about the labor force that Hansons would use. I was told there would be a crew of at least 2 Hansons employees performing the demolition and the install, along with a master plumber that would be there as needed. As it turned out, a 1 person crew who was not an employee of ******** but rather a sub-contractor who worked on his own schedule. The work quality was average to sub-par and in fact one of the panels was cut incorrectly onsite and I had to wait an additional 3 weeks for a new panel to be made and shipped. **************** repeatedly told me incorrect dates and timing. ******** tried to ***** me with an additional $1,600 for work that was never done. All in all a terrible experience and I would never use them again.

  We went with 1-800-Hansons for a bathtub remodel in ************* because of the zero-interest financing. We regret it because the install process was riddled with issues and terrible communication. When we addressed the issues with customer service, there was very little accountability. Ultimately, we feel we overpaid for the job that was done and wish we went with an independent contractor/local small business instead

  Had a tub to a walk-in shower conversion. *****, (Installer), was amazing! Tear out, shower installation, and clean-up was completed in just a little over one day. Very clean and thorough. He vacuumed and removed all dust and debris constantly. After installation, he followed up and corrected small issues expeditously and satisfactorily. Soo happy with his work, attention to detail, and our new and beautiful walk-in shower.

  The sales *** was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions concerning the products available for my roofing needs. Hansons has a wonderful selection of roofing materials and a great choice of colors. The pricing was very good for the great quality of roofing products to chose from. I had a great experience in working with the *** from Hansons and am so glad I chose this company for my roof replacement needs.
