    I own a dodge journey. I took it to my garage Carroll County Auto on May 16th 2023 for a sound I was hearing. My mechanic looked it all over and found out that the CV midshaft needed to be replace as it fell apart in the machanic's hands. So the car is undriveable. The garage ordered the part and was told it would come in in two weeks. So we waited. Two weeks came and went and then it was changed to August. We again waited and August came and went. And everytime the garage called to check on the part they were given a new date the following month out. It is now January 12, **** and I'm no closer to getting my dodge journey back then I was in May when I left it. I live in the country and in the *****. I'm 25 minutes from a store and have 3 little ones under the age of 3 so I need carseats. It has not been easy for the last 8 months having no car or having to pay friends to take to places. I need my car back. i have been more then patient with Chrysler. I can't tell you the number of times we have called checking on the part. In the beginning we were told to call ************** we called this number so many times that when they heard our name they would hang up on us. I filed a compaint with the ******* Better Business as I was told that was where we should file but it turns out we were wrong and not no where with them. Since then we have been calling every once in awhile. We talked to someone in October that wants us to pay $300 to tow the car to a dealer then another $600 or more to diagnos the problem. And then the car could sit there till they get the CV midshaft. But no garantee that they would get it any sooner then my garage is. I don't have that kind of money to spend and then have the car stil sit there. We already don't know what the brakes or battery will be like after sitting for 8 months. The CV midshaft broke in the machanic's hands so it isn't driveable. We don't need to rediagnos the problem we know what it is. I need my car back this is crazy.

    My car is a **** Chrysler pt cruiser in mint condition with ******* miles on it. It needs a pcm that they apparently dont make any longer and if I get an after market one they cant program it because they dont have the computer to do it. So I have a car that I can use but may p*** out if computer goes at any time and I cant sell it like this. So Im out a car for my daughter and she cant even sell it to make money to buy another car. I find this ridiculous.

    Warranty/ recall brake line faulty and leaking. Chrysler refuses to cove the cost for brake service. Any time a brake line has been exposed it poses a risk of causing air in the line causing brakes to continue to be faulty. However they will cover replacing the faulty brake hose but not the service that is needed to ensure the vehicles safety. When I tried to resolve issue with Chrysler I was given the run around and a representative hung up when I politely ask for a manager.     I purchased/ custom built a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Altitude. It was a beautiful car until one day I got a call from Chrysler customer service stating to bring to the dealer to see if paint was behind the hinges. I brought the vehicle in since it needed an oil change, tire rotation and brought this to the dealerships attention. They removed one of the doors and confirmed it was not painted and said this needed to get completed otherwise it could rust, bubble and cause problems down the road. I asked the service manager what to do he said call back jeep and let me know how you make out. Now I had to pay to get this Fixed out of pocket of my own money! Now no one is willing to take ownership that this vehicle was not properly built or inspected! Jeep, Chrysler customer service said they cant do anything for me. Since I brought to some place else to get the repairs done none of this I was never advised I couldnt do. Otherwise I wouldnt have paid to get the car fixed. The dealerships manager should have handled this properly. Few questions now I have that nobody seems to be able to answer. 1. I brought the car to the dealership where I bought it from! They never said hey dont worry about it we will take care of this for you nothing! It was left up to me.2. Why didnt they take care of this issue for me while i was there? When I brought it to their attention.3. Why was my car not PROPERLY BUILT FROM THE FACTORY to begin with! 4. Why was my car not properly inspected from the factor and then once it arrived to the dealership. Ive been a loyal customer of Jeep for years but this has really changed my perspective. Im looking for compensation for the work that was done and the rental car that was needed. Thats it nothing else. I should be refunded more because again I paid for a properly built car and it was NEVER built properly.

    I have REPEATEDLY reported the ********************* issue, multiple bilateral axle and bearings failure to Chrysler corporation with many lies told that a representative would contact me BACK for years with no contact happened

    9/3 my 2021 jeep gladiator broke down. It is covered under warranty and per the warranty I am eligible for a loaner car which I am require to pay for upfront and be reimbursed. However there is no indication of that within my warranty in fact it ****** jeep will cover the loaner car etc. my truck will take multiple weeks to repair due to a part that is on back order. I am car less and cannot get jeep to provide a loaner which is a direct violation of the warranty.
