      J &J Tree Triming left huge ruts in my yard. They left sticks and branches all over the area where they removed trees instead of cleaning up the area. They also damaged a fringe tree, a boxwood , and an arborvitae. I have had no response from the owner. I have never had a tree service which left my yard in shambles before.

      We did a job for Ms. **** on August 22, 2023 (trimmed trees away from driveway, elevated canopy on maple tree, removed 3 piles of brush from yard and additional work was added day of job).  Ms **** was home while the crew was doing the job and she made payment in full when the job was completed that day.  Ms. **** called a few days later about the ruts in her yard, (there was no mention of the sticks and branches or the damaged fringe tree, boxwood, or arborvitae).  We returned on September 29, 2023 to fix the ruts in the yard from the heavy equipment.  Unfortunately Ms. **** was not satisfied with our job in fixing the ruts.  We try our best to leave all jobs with happy customers, but as it turns out, no matter what you do, not all customers are satisfied.

      I am rejecting this response because: There are still many ruts in my yard. It is extremely difficult to mow several areas because of the deep ruts.  I was unable to walk around my property and inspect what they had done on the day they were here because of a back injury.  I  have never had a tree service leave a mess like this in my yard.  i also let them use 2 pitch forks when they wre her to do repairs bbut they took them with tem.  When they finally returned them several days later after i requested them to do so a couple of time one of the tines was b roken on one of the pitch forks.  In addition they did  some damage to my driveway with their heavy equipment.
