    An absolute nightmare dealing with this company. After Pennzoni sent us the incorrect display case and did not include the clips to hang it vertically (when we specifically requested the vertical clips via customer service). Unacceptable and would not take accountability that they shipped the wrong item. After 4 emails back and forth, they finally agreed to send a return label based on their return policy (which clearly states when there is a shipping error). The company did not credit us back the original shipping we paid despite their error, Will never do business with this business again.

    Acrylic Display Case did not hold electric guitar correctly, neck was too wide and would damage the guitar. Company is difficult to get ahold of and would not pay shipping for return once I made contact. Shipping was almost as much as the display case cost. Do not recommend purchasing from them.
