      I have been with Guardian Alarm for more than 12 years. Paying $170 quarterly. I'm not on contract. I called to cancel and they said I have to be on 30 days notice even though I'm not on contract. I have 12+ years outdated equipment. Every time I called to upgrade I get the run around and crazy asks for money. The equipment I'm asking to upgrade is so outdated to the point that their technician said they don't know how to give me direction to replace the battery. I had to google it by picture to find out how to do this. I replaced while still on hold and he's looking for someone who can tell me how to do this. They are not worth it and I regret every penny I paid them.

      This is the worst company ever lets just say they do not care about people with autism the security system has been beeping going off randomly I was told even tho my clients are here and have tone removed because of the noise there is NOTHING they can do they said I can either pay and electrician to come fix the problem or I can give them $200 upgrade for them to stop the random noises . Everybody was RUDE from the customer care team to the MANAGERS I highly do no recomend them service in any way they are absolutely terrible !!

      ******* NEVER should have sold to this company! They are the worst! We are lucky to receive notifications of system issues in a week after the event if at all! Today was the last straw when our smoke alarm was triggered and it took them 15 minutes to call then they hung up after one ring to our phone before I could even talk. Next they called my cell and AGAIN it rang one time before they hung up. As unbelievable as it may seem they called my husbands cell phone and AGAIN hung up before we could even talk. They have hiked up their rates 3 times in little more than a year to top off their lousy service. I will be looking for a security system elsewhere ASAP!

      I purchased my system from Guardian Alarm on March 19th. My sales representative, *************************, made a mistake on my contract. I was overcharged by $325 for equipment that I never received. I have been in touch with her several times to resolve the matter. Several months later, the amount has not been rectified. Of course, now it's too late to cancel the service. As soon as I can pay for the equipment, I will cancel my service with the company. I have reached out to several other individuals within the organization, and each time, I've been told they will send the request to upper management. BUYER BEWARE is my advice to anyone considering getting services through Guardian Alarm.

      I am a 72 year old disabled customer of ********************. I just recently discovered that my premises did not have services since October 2023. Yet they continue to accept cash payments. The system seemed to work because the system showed engagement and stopped using the codes. I need that service because I am disabled and count on the emergency button. They finally sent back ****** and want a fee to recollect the service and update the system. Can afford this and will not accept this situation.

      When I bought my house from the ***************, it came with three months of Guardian alarm for free, paid for by the City. They sent a rep to my house and he had me quickly sign on his tablet or device. He did not fully explain what I was signing and I unfortunately, didn't do my own due diligence because I naiively thought a company wouldn't scam me like that. I signed my life away for a three year contract (after the free three months were up) and they wouldn't let me get out of the contract even after I moved. Then they raised my rates without even talking to me about it. So I had to call and complain about being stuck in a contract but then they can just raise the rates any time they want? They lowered the rates to the original cost after I complained but I was still forced to pay for for the three years. Even when we did use the service they didn't always call the second contact before sending our a fire truck for false alarms. This is my last month paying on this terrible service and I cannot wait to cancel. I've been counting down the days until I hit three years. I'm using ADT now at my new house.

      The appointment process was a waist of my four hours. Maybe the employees were distracted when making the appointment that was confirmed twice before we hung up. I had an appointment scheduled for 8am-12pm. At 12:00pn I called when nobody arrived. I spoke to someone over the phone who couldnt tell me why my appointment time was changed. ****pm. Maybe they should send out confirmation appointments to avoid this in the future.like most companies. Seeing that I made the appointment a week in advance. Truly, I wish I had gone with another companys device now. So I had to reschedule for another day. Im already irritated for my waist of time and sleep. Then the guy tells me he cant reschedule until I verify its me and my pass code! Who else would be rescheduling and even know about them not showing up. So I held on another 5mins while he checked the schedule. Go somewhere else

      Horrible customer **********************! With the exception of ***** ( very understanding and had patience) was was the only saving ***** of a mess of an installment, equipment doesnt work! Installer didnt know what he was doing and was at my home for 8hrs, all the zones are wrong and now I have a continuous beeping, saying low battery. The director **** keep reiterating that she is a director, which I couldnt care less because I was a director and would always provide top notch customer **********************. I asked for a call back and never got one. The scheduler ***** exceptionally rude also said Ill call you back, never did and when I vented my frustrations, her response was whatever! I will definitely look for a new company. This is totally unacceptable customer **********************.
