    Big Chipper is extremely unprofessional. They were doing work at my neighbor’s house and while we weren’t home they trespassed on our property and cut some of our branches without our permission. They were not branches that we wanted cut and they were at least 5 feet on our side of our fence. Not only did they do that without our permission but they were rude enough to leave all the branches on the ground and didn’t clean them up. I contacted them about it and they won’t respond, proving the kind of company they are. The “manager” stood in front of the house and smoked 3 cigarettes while the guys did the work and trespassed on our property.

    We're sorry about your experience. We operated solely on our customer's side of the fence and cut straight up from the lot line. If there were some sticks or residue on your property, we did not pick it up so that we were not trespassing. We followed our customer's instructions as well as the local laws and ordinances. Again, we are sorry for your experience and did not intend to cause any friction between you and our customer.

    I am rejecting this response because: This response is absolutely not true. You cannot say that you did not trespass on my property when the branches were clearly cut at least 5 or 6 feet on my side of the property line! It is a complete lie that you're saying you didn't cut on my property, you are just trying to cover yourself. Little did you know that I have security cameras in multiple places around my house so I know for a fact that what you are saying is in total contradiction to the truth. Own up to your mistake or the facts will be taken against you in court.
