    What an incomplete and unprofessional service as the only contact I had is when I reached out to them and come to find out with the most recent call I placed that they claim they were never able to handle my business so in essence I paid them for absolutely nothing. DO NOT USE THEM

    We gave them our tax information in plenty of time so they could file on time. After 4 visits to the office and several phone calls to make sure they were getting filed on time we learned that they filed a late return. These were simple taxes that didn't get filed by H&R Block until 9/8/2022. We paid extra for the "piece of mind" just incase there was an issue. Of course we were charged by the *** for filing a late return. We have been trying to recoup our late free from H&R for over 2 months with 6 phone calls to the escalation department. Each call has resulted in our claim being moved up the chain. Each claim should have resulted in a return phone call by either a manager or district manager. So far no phone call, no reimbursement of funds.I could never refer anyone to H&R block. It is the worst customer experience I have ever had.
