    Bus #*** did not stop at the Telegraph/ 12 Mile stop as scheduled ( 6:10pm) and there were 2 people waiting to catch the bus. This happens a lot at this bus stop and I have filed several complaints with SMART about similar issues and have yet to receive a response

    Smart flex that is run by smart bus. I moved out of there location I called to get a refund on my account I told ****************** who answered that two of the cards was no longer active I gave her the card that was active when she refunded the money she sent it too one of the cards that was not active and said there was nothing she could do to get me my money back that I was pretty much screwed all I want to get this resolved is to get money back and for this not to happen to other people
