    Sent in a 2018 **** Focus for warranty at ****** miles. *** 3 decided it wanted to become a grenade and explode in the engine. My dealer tells ESC the extent of the damage and they approve them for a short block. Well, my dealer requested a long block due to the damage and is denied. I call and speak with ESC and they say my dealer never did requested a long block while Im standing next to the service advisor that entered my request and staring at the computer screen showing the denial. I have been waiting 3 months for parts that are on national back order with NO FILL DATE. ESC knows this. They know backorder status and are fine with trashing their customers and making them wait. Its sad as Ive been a ******************* customer my entire life. Sadly, that is the last **** product I will bother owning. Because of this I traded in my F-350 6.7 dually for a new Ram **** a 6.7 dually. Its night and day and not plagued with the electrical issues I experienced at ****** miles.
