We have worked with MIDCOM Service Group for the last 4 years. They have helped us fix many of our Zebra and Datamax industrial printers quickly and efficiently. Much cheaper than purchasing new equipment. Every time we need service, a technician is on-site within a few hours or latest, next business day. Our company will continue to use MIDCOM Service Group for years to come.

Great company, fast service, and true to their word. After six failed repair attempts over a two week period (during which the only delay was waiting on parts to arrive), they offered to replace our printer or cut us a check for its depreciated value.MIDCOM Service Group
