Date of Transaction 8/25/22 on line Amount of Purchase $68.00 I was sent a Training collar for my Dog Problem - I am requesting a refund that I had requested first time on 8/31/22. They didn't answer me text right away - it was 9/1/22 when they got back to me because I sent a e-mail asking if they received my text, The way they reply via- E-mail is very frustrating they just add to the other text that they send to me with same date. I tried to call their phone # but no one answer the phone. They sent an e-mail saying this return had to be reviewed i sent an e-mail back saying there is no reason for this return to be reviewed. then on 9/4/22 or around this date they gave me 3 options . 1. I can exchange - This Collar was not a fit for me or my Dog, I did have a collar for years for my dog and I know haw to use them. 2. Or refund now with 10% off your order keeping the collar or 40% discount off any products. 3.But if you want a full refund you will need to return the collar back to us 1st before a refund. Don't do a charge back we can nor refund you. I do not know what a charge back means. I had e-mailed them back & told them that I will return the collar for a refund but that i don' trust them because of the hassle with e-mails that they have put me through, that was the last connection I had with them. The never answered my e-mail about returning it so I don't know where to send it
