      I used the service 8/23. My resume was all wrong. Anyway, this company went and took my money back in January and I now saw it. I reached out to them and I was told I signed up for services which I didnt. The company refused to issue me back a refund. I asked the company to show me where I signed up because when I check I dont see anything and asked them to show me where I signed up. The company refused. I then went onto the website and the account has been suspended. Now I cannot view what this company says about what I signed up for

      Hello. We do not believe this is our customer. We have nothing on file in our billing or account records for her name or email, and the pricing she mentions does not match our products in any way. We are often mistaken by other companies online, and I believe this is the case here. This is the 2nd issue we've had like this in the past month, so please let me know if you prefer we reach out to the clients in these cases or if you do. Thank you for your help and for all you do!

      I am very disappointed with resumewriters.com and feel quite foolish for paying the amount of money I did for the outcome I received. My original resume which I copied and pasted was stronger than the resume I received. I would ask a question and get an answer unrelated to what I asked. I told ******** wasn't sure about using the ******** services with her and I received a ******** profile quickly with a "great doing business with you" so I'm stuck paying for the ******** service even though I told her I was not ready to move forward because she ignored my email and sent me a one page document on what to do on ********. I spent $389 for a resume and cover letter that I need to take elsewhere to fix as well as a nonexistent linkedin page. What a disappointment, I was looking forward to strengthening my professional profile and resumewriters.com, specifically ***, took advantage of my situation and my professional profile and career journey has taken a giant step back.

      This doesn't have to be a complaint. Client received a final draft yesterday from the writer. We never heard from her, and we would certainly reassign her to a new writer if he had she contacted us. Thats what she wants, so we can certainly do that to resolve this issue. After filing this complaint, client emailed our help email after hours. This morning we responded and offered to assign a new writer. So, it looks like the issue can be resolved via normal customer service channels.
