  On June 9, 2022, Nelson Tree Service cut down a large dead oak for my neighbor at ******************* and dropped several sections on our property. The logs measure approx. 12 feet by 32 inches. In addition the logs damaged/killed some small trees, created a large ditch and considerable debris was left on our property. We notified our neighbor on June 10 of the mess and requested that the logs be removed. We have also spoken to Nelson Tree requesting removal of the logs. We have been ignored, only response is "we'll get to it" and we are hung up upon. In effect, a refusal, as there has been no attempt to move the logs or fix the damage. We are prevented from moving freely around the perimeter of our property as a result. Our neighbor admits it was a sloppy job.

  Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2022/08/01) */ Good morning, I spoke to my estimator to see what his side of the story is and here's what he told me Her neighbor called us to get an estimate, the neighbor is a previous customer of us. Our estimator was out on the neighbor's property when Ms. ***** came out and asked for an estimate to remove one of her trees, our estimator provided a verbal estimate to which she replied it was way to high and that she had someone that could do it for way less. Our customer hired us to do the work, the trees are in a wooded area, there is no property line marked whatsoever, we cut down the trees and left the wood on site like our customer wanted. A few days later our customer contacted us saying his neighbor was complaining about the wood left on her property, we did go back to his property to move over the wood Thank you! Debris not cleaned up. Issue of estimate is irrelevant to the complaint.
