  I submitted the necessary paperwork before the deadline and was told my child would be placed on the waiting list (as long as those documents were approved and reviewed.) They were!! She was placed on the waiting list, and then her application was archived. I inquired as to why and they said that enrollment ended 2/14/25...I was told that was when the documents needed to be submitted. Why would a student be placed on a waiting list just to be removed a day or two later? I asked to be put back on, they said there was nothing they could do... enrollment was closed. Who knows maybe a student would withdraw before the end of the school year. Their family advocates need to get the information correct before "helping" a family!!

  Connections Academy, LLC is a provider of educational services and products, including enrollment services, to the school where the parent is enrolling her child. Enrollment for the 2024-25 school year for her child's grade cluster closed on February 14. Families had until that date to complete the "Getting Ready for School" step to be officially enrolled, but because the school was at capacity, families with completed tasks were placed on a waitlist. All applications for students, including those on the waitlist for that grade cluster, have been archived as the deadline has passed. Once enrollment closes, no new students can enroll or start classes until the following school year. At this time, we are now only accepting applications for the 2025-26 school year. If the parent is interested in enrolling for next school year, they can start a new application. ~Bri

  I submitted all of my child’s information on July 26, 2024. However, his paperwork wasn't processed until August 7. It is now August 12, and he still hasn't been assigned classes or an academic advisor. When I finally got a representative on the phone after waiting for two hours, they informed me that I would have to wait an additional 5 to 7 business days for him to be assigned a class planner. I wasn't even provided with a guidance counselor's phone number. This is completely unprofessional and off-putting, especially for an online school that is responsible for handling our children’s future. I gave Connnections Academy ample time to contact me and provide course work for my child.

  Horrible experience and exactly who I didn’t go with this school. My daughter is special needs and they without my permission sent over her file to the incorrect school. Making it even harder for our family to transfer! Zero communication and concern with your child’s records!! Avoid at all cost.
