    On 10/17/2022 I purchased two tickets to the ****************************** Arena formerly known as the UMBC Event center for the 90's R&B Ladies Nite - All Black Party w/ ***** ***** dated on 12/30/2022 @8:00pm. The cost of both tickets was $421.80 for Sec FLR 3, Row BB, Seat ***** Order number 59-34438/WDC. I then purchased the The ***** Club Pass - 90's Ladies Night for the cost of $244.70 order number 40-48575/WDC. Part of the Peak experience a photographer will be available to take photos of guest at the ***** backdrop at no additional cost. Photos will be sent to the same email address used to purchase tickets after the show. It may take up to 7 days to receive photos. The night of the concert I then paid 12/30/2022 SQ ****************** of $250.00 for the entire after party. 7 days from the concert date I didn't receive any photos, I called the UMBC event center and spoke with a *** who stated someone will email the pictures to me. I then reached out again Via the website on 03/24/2023 and no information response. I have called on multiple occasions and left various messages for a return call back. I've even submitted my email so they would have the email address again and still no pictures. I am requesting my photos be sent to me , a contact by the business and a billing adjustment due to failure to provide the services paid for.

    I am emailing in response to your BBB complaint that was filed. I apologize that your experience was not what you expected, but please note that photography is not guaranteed to be included in the ***** package. In our email communication from October 28th, you can see that it was not listed in the amenities and is not listed in any of our marketing materials. 


    Photography has never been included as a guaranteed aspect of the ***** experience but is simply added value for guests when available. Due to the inconsistency of photographer availabilities, it will not be something that is ever guaranteed as part of the packages, but we enjoy offering this experience to guests when we can. 


    "Thank you for inquiring with us! We do have all-inclusive packages available for this show and the cost is $180 per person and includes preferred parking, private entrance and security, access to the club level and lounge, complimentary catering and non alcoholic beverages, complimentary coat check, vip lanyard, access to the only premium full-service bar in the venue that serves cocktails and liquor and more. 


    If you would like, I have extended my hours this weekend and I am available tonight until 7PM for a phone call to answer any questions or process orders. Please call ************ at your convenience. "


    Photos are sent automatically via email to the address that tickets were purchased with. We find that it can often get held up in email spam folders or suppressed entirely as it can come across as spammy sending photos/links from a business account. Unfortunately, that is not something we are able to control with each individual email service. I apologize if there was a lapse in communication, but I do not have any email's from you requesting photos.

    I am rejecting this response because: The photos with the artist wasnt produced. The package during purchase we were told that those pictures would be provided to the email.

    Artist Meet & Greets are organized by the tour and the venue has no part in organizing them or communication with fans who have purchased artist experiences. I was able to track down the promoter and he was able to send me the link to the shared drive from the meet & greet photos.
