Early July 2024 my box truck’s transmission went bad. I went to a shop and they ordered a transmission from this company. I believe they own a company called “Roadmaster Powertrain” because the person my mechanic dealt with name is **** ******* and when I called WITT they transferred me to him. About 2 months later the transmission they sent went out. It took a really long time to get a replacement out. Then it got lost in transit. All of this time I’m renting a truck because I use the truck for work and had to have one to fulfill the contract. Another transmission went out again and I had to rent for a month again. **My mechanic was told that I could be reimbursed for the rental because two of their transmissions going out wasn’t my fault and having to wait so long for them to send replacements wasn’t my fault either. That’s a lot of money in rentals because of waiting months for a part to come because of “faulty parts you’ve been getting.” To have said you’d reimburse over a month ago and now no one will answer the phone or return my calls doesn’t seem very professional. I just want someone to be accountable and to be reimbursed for the rentals. Times are hard and I had to spend a lot of money in order to keep living out here and taking care of my daughter. I have attached photos of my bills from budget truck. I would like some type of reimbursement. Fast lane motor works is my mechanic that ordered the transmissions from you all. My name is ****** ***** ***** and I go by *****. One bill I didn’t highlight because I expected to wait some of that time but even without that I’ve spent over $5684.69 in rentals because of having to rent multiple vehicles due to multiple transmission malfunctions.

The individual did not purchase the transmission from us, he will need to go thru the transmission shop that he was working with.

Purchased an auto part product number *** *** ******* ********* *** **** for 157.00 with a 100.00 core charge (refundable upon return). Total price was 266.42. Invoice number ******* on 7/26/24. It was placed on counter account. I returned the core charge 7/31on *** ****** and was supposed to get my $100 core charge credited back to my card ending in 2743. Refund never came through- called 2 times and told they would send it and never did. I am paying interest on this money and it is crazy. I would like a refund for full purchase at this point or core refunded with interest fees.

I ordered a couple parts from this company. The parts came in, I installed them into the transmission and went to go have it flashed. It would not link up to the computer so I called them and they sent me another one immediately, after taking another payment out without confirmation. They also sent a return label for the defective one that didn’t work. I called them again and told them I need a return label for the one they had just sent because that was also defective. They sent the second return label and received both of their parts along with all of the money. They then told me that I needed to get a receipt to prove that I tried having it flashed. Well I did and they told me it was unacceptable and now will not return my phone calls or return my parts or the money.

      Hello,

This customer was informed that if he has the part installed we would need a receipt from the dealer that installed it. The customer never suppled a receipt, we sent him another part and informed him again if he send us the receipt from the dealer we would refund him for both parts. The customer never sent he receipt(s). We also sent him 3 calls tags.

      Sincerely,
