      Hubbard Mechanical diagnosed my home boiler as needing a new pump assembly to solve my no heat problem. That was installed at a cost of over $5,000 and the new unit squealed at the end of each cycle as if it was in a bind. That unit was diagnosed as defective and replaced by defective unit #2 which had the same problem. Defective unit #3 has the same problem. After calling weekly for approximately 2months , I get the same comment-“we’ll get back to you “, but no one ever calls. A compromised/defective unit is destined for early failure. I just want this resolved. This has gone on since January, 2023.

      We have been out to *** ******** residence multiple times for this issue. The pump is working correctly, however, it is making a slight whining noise during part of the running cycle. At this time we are in conversation with the manufaturer on a permintent solution to fix this noise. While we understand that this has taken a considerable amount of time, we are also at the mercy of our supplier and the manufacturer. We have not stopped working on the issues with the pump and will continue to work unitl this is resolved.
