      On 8/17/2024 i won an auction for what i believed to be an Apple iphone 14 pro max. I paid $220.00 for it. The description did not say "copy" or "clone" like other places that sell the Apple iphone 14 pro max knock offs. The auction title says " Iphone 14 pro max" i will upload photo. The phone visually is absolutely identical to Apples version, but apon turning it on the screen resolution was very poor and then the welcome to android scteen comes on.. The auction description fails to mention that. . The specs on the phone match Apples specs and if the phone measured up to the specs it would be worth the money and even tho they were deceptive with their ad, i wouldnt be filing this complaint. But the phone is no better then a Dollar General phone. Also they charged me 40.00 dollars for shippinh claiming it was a 5 lb package. I will upload picture showing the lpckage weighed 1.5 pounds. So they are decrptive in that rrspect as well. . Immediately after getting the package and realizing id been taken, i tried to contact the seller whom goes by "Wholesalerz", but there is no way to communicate with the seller. So i contacted Liquidation Services customer support. I was told i had to file a dispute within 5 days and they would review it and make a decision in 10 days. I tried to do so but they say to send a cooy of manifest with dispute, but the manifest download is UNOPENABLE making that request impossible to fullfil. When i ttied to send the dispute anyways nothing happends when you hit the send dispute button. I tried 3 different times. Nothing would send, making filing a dispute impossible. I called customer service again and when they finally answered the lady hung up on me. . I sent customer service a message hoping we could resolve this matter. I have not gotten a reply. I tried the live chat option but no one ever responds on their end. Their web site speaks of integrity. They have none. Id like my money back please. Thank you for your time. ***** *****
