I cannot recommend Mike and his company enough. I called last week very concerned that I had mold behind a shower enclosure and on my ceiling. Mike easily diagnosed the issue and spent a lot of time walking me through what steps I needed to take. He even took the time to discuss what type of changes we needed to make in our bathroom to keep the issue from progressing and gave me a recommendation for an electrician. Mike is extremely honest and ethical which is not always easy to find these days. I had no idea where to start when it came to mold so I feel extremely fortunate to have found Mike and his company.

Due to a health condition, we needed a company to do mold testing in our home. We hired ETC and are glad we did! Mike was very thorough and responsive in all he did from showing up on time, answering our many questions, and providing detailed initial and post test reports. He was there for us every step of the way. You can tell he really cares about his customers. Mike from ETA was extremely helpful answering all of my questions regarding a mold situation we were experiencing. He gave us multiple suggestions and guidance throughout the call.
