      When I scheduled, I advised them I had a doctor’s appointment (an hour from home) in the morning so I would have to have an afternoon appointment to have my windshield replaced. Scheduler assured me that was not a problem. At 8am the day of (nearly 2 weeks later), I received a call from the service technician. He was very rude and essentially told me that I’d have to reschedule if I couldn’t be home by 12pm. After waiting nearly 2 weeks, I wasn’t too thrilled about having to drive my car around any longer with a broken windshield. I ended up rescheduling my doctor’s appointment. The technician left cigarette butts in my driveway and my car was filthy. The cloth headliner down the sides along the windshield is stained with dirty fingerprints and my dashboard is scratched and covered in dirt. Not sure why my insurance company insisted I use this place but I’d definitely avoid them in the future. I’m all for supporting small businesses but it shouldn’t be at my expense.
