    Their website list the daily rate of $12.00. I made a reservation on their website which showed $12.009 per day. When I went to pay they charged me $13.00 per day. I said the website had it at $12.00. I was told that it has been $13.00 for 2 years.

    We are sorry for the confusion about our valet parking rate. Our valet and self-park rates went up $1 on February of this year, and our new website has been under construction shortly after that. The new website, which is a huge upgrade from the current one, will be live in the next two weeks. Everything will be accurately represented there. We called the customer to get his credit card info, to process a refund for the price difference for the 10 days his car was on our lot, and have refunded the cost of the price difference.

    I was called and they explained the issue. They were very courteous and apologetic. I was refunded the difference.
