    I ordered a 25 pound pink weight bar. I received confirmation with a UPS tracking number that the order was shipped ******************. The order was never delivered and a file has been claimed via UPS. UPS advised that they have reached out to Borderless and let them know that the package was never shipped out. UPS advised that I reach back out to Borderless to request a refund or a new package to be shipped. I've reached out to Borderless several times and have confirmed that I would like a new package shipped out to my address. The company takes days to respond, with no confirmation as to if my package has been shipped or if it will be shipped. The customer service is unprofessional and does not provide information.

    "a replacement order for this item was sent on July 13th, and delivered July 19th. It was shipped via UPS tracking ******************.  I've attached the proof of delivery picture provided by UPS. You can also let them know that the Borderless business and CS team has not received any communication from the customer, and the client BALA was the one in communication with the customer."
