We used Maximum Plumbing for a backed up sink in our basement. The drainage from our kitchen sink was backing up in the basement sink. James arrived on time and was courteous throughout. The price was extremely reasonable and they do not charge a service charge. We are happy with the work done and will use them again.

My wife wanted our master bathroom remodeled and went with an independent contractor she found on ****'s list. Against my better judgement I allowed it. Once the work was completed we ended up with a gutted vanity, a vessel sink that was loose and a shower system installed that would not pass inspection, not to mention a slew of other things went horribly wrong. Afterwards I said no more "independent contractors" only reputable businesses from this point on. This is when we called Maximum plumbing. We have had them out in the past and seemed pleased with their work. We asked for the sink to be replaced. We bought the same exact sink. We wanted it replaced instead of asking the plumber to fight through all the silicone the first contractor doused it with. We were told that the shower system should be replaced with a delta shower system and it would be brought up to code and installed correctly. On October 5 2023, the work was completed. When my wife returned home in the afternoon, there was drywall and molding left in the bathroom on the floor with nails exposed, and some other scraps. The shower curtain the shower rod were left on the floor as well, not put back up. My wife took the trash out and put the shower rod and curtain back up. When I returned home I went to inspect the work I just paid over ******* dollars for. At first site, everything seemed fine. Looked fine anyway. The sink was installed correctly, however the shower system was just a new shower system. Nothing different from the first install. Not flush to the surround. Extremely too loose. Not up to code and will not pass inspection. I noticed the sink that had been replaced was no where to be found, nor the shower system that was replaced. Neither the sink nor the shower system were faulty, they simply weren't installed correctly. So...where were they? Long story short its been 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to the main office. I got my sink back 21 days later and no shower system. WHERE IS IT, i wonder?

I am so sorry you feel this way. We have tried to contact your wife numerous times to address these concerns. The option that was chosen was to replace the shower valve which we did, not the shower itself. We did properly connect the shower you have and to do so we had to remove drywall and the makeshift trim the contractor had installed. In the original invoice it clearly stated that we were not responsible for drywall repairs or paint as we are licensed plumbers and not drywallers. I can assure you that our work was done up to plumbing code and that the bathroom, once the drywall is completed by an expert, is a lot better than when we arrived. If you have any questions please contact me, we appreciate your business!

When the crew got here, one told the other one he had to take a **** After having walked around in the sewage, he would walk up and down my carpeted steps, came upstairs to use the bathroom. He told me he would flush before they left. Sewage still everywhere, both came upstairs and were in my living room, kitchen (because one wanted a drink), hallway and bathroom and sat on furniture. So now my upstairs has been exposed to the sewage. Very unprofessional

Hi *****, we had offered to clean your for you  but was denied the opportunity. The guy who used your bathroom is no longer with our company as he did not meet our core values and we are terribly sorry for the experience you had which is why we made every effort to make it right.
