    Technician was rude and uncooperative I have a microwave that needs to be fixed and my insurance is paying for it so they set an appointment with Precision Tv and Services to repair on Friday Sept. 22, 2023 It was a light was flashing on the clock, but the microwave was working perfectly and i use it every day The technician came and found out that the part that he had was not the correct one - went to his truck to order another one-came back cleaned up his things - said he was going to leave my microwave on the floor until he could get back with the correct part - thinking that it would be only a couple of days i was okay with that - until he went to this truck and came back saying that it would be Thursday Sept. 28, 2023 - i did not agree with that so he simply turned around threw up his hands and walked away. He did not even try to talk things out or let me ask him q2uestions - got in his truck and drove away as i'm following him, yelling for him to stop and talk about it - he just let. I tried calling the company twice and no one will answer the calls- they ask you to leave a message - so i left two. I did not get any calls back, so on Saturday Sept. 23, 2023 they opened at 12:00 to 4:00 and i called two more times with no response. They have an email address so i sent them two emails - one with pictures showing the mess he left and asked for a response. As of yet i have not heard from them and i am pretty upset that they could allow this kind of treatment of a customer i believe iam owed an apology for being treated so rudely, the best he could have done its to put the microwave back so i could use it until they could come back and fix it.

    On or about Friday, 09/22/2023 a technician arrived at **** ******** house to repair her microwave. It is not a standard installation where and how the microwave is mounted/installed in this customer's house, so the technician really had to struggle to get it uninstalled so he could change the part out in it. It is also a very tight fit and the customer had the upper cabinet completely full thus making it even more difficult to remove the unit. It was discovered the we were sent the incorrect part when the technician went to repair the unit and **** ****** was made aware of this and was given a new scheduled repair date of Thursday, 09/28/2023. The technician also made her aware that it would be more beneficial to leave the microwave uninstalled until his return and it was at this time that **** ****** was really nasty and combative with the technician. The technician had to leave abruptly because of how this customer was acting. We will attempt to complete repairs of the unit the scheduled day of 09/28/2023 with the correct part as promised to **** ****** on 09/22/2023.

    First of all i did not know i would have to remove the things from my cabinet because i did not know what the repair would entail - second, i tried to be as cooperative as necessary asking if could help with anything - the technician was not pleasant when he came into my home and it proceeded from there- i was not combatant - i have other appointments scheduled for that day and i may not be home at the period of 12:00 to 5:00 pm, therefore i did not want that schedule - second i did not want my microwave left down because i use it every day - they are downplaying this incident and i would not recommend their business to anyone
