      Jeff's tree service was supposed to take down two trees, haul away all brush and wood, grind stump and remove debris. After paying Jeff we discovered that he did not haul away our 100 foot tree but dumped it onto my neighbors property (which does happen to be in the woods) and parts of the tree are blocking a drain that the sanitation district put in. My neighbor is VERY particular about his property and takes pride in his land. He will remove dead trees and chip up all of the wood. When he discovers that this tree has been dumped on his property he is going to make us remove it. My husband and I have tried to reach Jeff multiple times by phone and text. Jeff will not return any of our calls, nor will he answer when we call.
