My windows leak. My electric is shotty. The pluming leaked and needed fixed. There are holes in my walls. They were supposed to finish my house after a house fire. It took two years and it’s the worst work ever. I never would have picked this company the insurance company made me. I’ve been complaining to the insurance company for two years. They dropped me because of it. The contractor left my doors and windows open and got me robbed. They were rude they tore my lawn up with their vehicles and never fixed it. They were smoking cannabis in my house while working on it. Allstate would do nothing to fix these issues. The contractor told me to find English speaking workers for them if I didn’t want illegal immigrants working on my house. They told me legal workers cost too much. I have pictures of the two years of hell they put me through. They won’t fix any warrenty work. They didn’t seal the bathtub or windows. They left open gaps in the floor. You can see my basement through the wall in my stairwell. They didn’t replace all the doors. They only did half the work and made me lie to the insurance company to get my house back.

Paul D**** was sent to us after a house fire on 6/1/23. They were to discard damaged items or pack away non damaged items and inventory it all. They stored the salvageable items. They submitted photos of the nonsalvagable items to insurance. Insurance then sent them all to me to go over and tell them what were in the photos. I have still not received payment for all of my items due to this. The construction took much longer than expected. We were told 5 different move in dates but finally moved back home on 3/31/23. We were informed that they would not be able to bring us our belongings until 4/3/23 or later. We were expected to live in a home with no couches, beds, televisions, toys, or dishes for a few days. We instead rented a truck and picked up our belongings. Headboard was damaged by Paul D**** Employees during the move. It was accidentally knocked over. When all unpacked, we noticed that they were many items that were not accounted for such as valuable power tools. We were asked to send them a list of damaged or missing items and they would compensate us for them. We have still not heard back. The plumbing was not inspected until we were moving in and they found the leaks from the pipes freezing and cracking. We did not have water for 3 days. Work is still not complete. Dishwasher is not mounted. No ceiling in my downstairs bathroom. It was torn out for plumbing but they were not supposed to do any other work in the bathroom, yet the faucet in shower is broken and not usable and there is no water source to my toilet. They drywalled over the vent to the downstairs. None of the vents have registers. Front door does not close unless deadbolted. No smoke detectors were installed. The railing on the stairs has not been installed. The butcher block in the kitchen was never stained/sealed. There are still holes in drywall and drywall that has not been finished/painted. No one has been to house since 4/10. I brought up concerns on 4/17 and have not heard back

The Paul D**** project manager will contact the owner to confirm in writing the punch list of items to be addressed. The 3/31 move in date was not a completion of work but to address the ALE being incurred.  Paul D**** acknowledges additional work is still needed to meet completion. Per the customers availability, a crew can be made available the week of 5/7 to work on those items.  Regarding content items the division manager will make contact to address any damaged items.
