    I have had three homes with window replacement and each time i have used Window World. They were referred to me from friend. Best decision i have made was to call them, I have been very happy with the level of customer support, friendly staff and superior work. The new windows are amazing a wonderful change from old wooden sash windows to the replacement of my original windows. I HIGHLY recommend for anyone wanting high quality excellent service to use Window World. They will be who i always use and go to for reference. They provide a great selection of custom windows and styles, including lifetime warranty, the installation technician’s are very friendly and do a great job of taking care of the customer.     We have now hired Window World two times over the past 18 months. The first time, we had 12 windows installed. We liked them so much, we ordered a patio door, a cathedral crank window and two additional bedroom windows. Yes, it takes months for the windows to come in, but you are told that up front when you order. The window and door are perfect. The installers were fantastic. We will order basement windows next. I highly recommend this company. 18 months no interest is also a plus.
