    If I could leave less than 1 star I would. After Crabtree’s Tree Service set up the time and date to come and do his services, I was met with multiple excuses leading up to the service and even the day of which ultimately led to him telling me to “Just find someone else bud...” All communication came via text message. Total lack of responsibility for others people’s time. The professionalism is also definitely below par! After leaving an honest review of the business via Google, I was met with disrespect, slander, and lies as to what happened. Upon further review of their reviews on Google, I noticed that ANY bad review was met with the same disrespect and discontent. They try to save face to the public by making excuses and shifting blame to customers who actually sought out their business! They brag about being accredited by the BBB so I figured they were trustworthy. To my surprise, not only were they dishonest and disrespectful, but they lack all credibility that the BBB stands for.

    Hi,I'm April with Crabtrees Tree Service Yes we denied you services.You rescheduled on us any therefore the owner refused you services because of your childish behavior.Too bad we couldn't provide you our services.We work because we want too not because we have too.Im sure your going to find a service with like interests and behavior.
