Midwest Mechanical Heating and Air is simply the best, from setting up an appointment to technician service. Efficient, courteous, friendly, and most of all extremely competent. It is a pleasure to make an appointment and meet with them each year…and they keep our furnace and a/c always running beautifully. Thank you, Midwest!

I came home after a short get away to a very cold house due to my heater not working. I gave Midwest mechanical a call based on a recommendation from a friend and to my surprise they were able to have a technician out to my house that same day. They sent Lee to come diagnose and fix my issue. Lee was amazing!! I loved how he walked me through what he was doing and why. As a single female I have grown cautious and skeptical when it comes to maintenance related topics. Lee immediately put me at ease and gained my trust. He quickly diagnosed my problem and was able to fix it the same day. Going forward I will always call Midwest mechanical for all my maintenance and repair needs.Midwest Mechanical Heating & Air

They were able to get us an appointment quickly. Our issue began on Saturday morning. I put a service request in on their website. We were pleasantly surprised that someone responded right away, as we didn’t think we’d get a response till Monday morning. But we got an appointment for Monday morning, so we were happy. The technician, Angel, was thorough about detecting the problem, then fixing it. He was polite and professional.Midwest Mechanical Heating & Air

Midwest Mechanical has been for me, a very customer oriented company. A few years back, on accident, the technician forgot to leave me a HVAC filter. Only because I had changed the filter myself, so accidentally he forgot to leave one. I called to remind them of this. Well, I believe it was the owner who brought me a whole box of them himself! The same day! I didn’t want to accept them, as I only needed one, but he insisted. I also proudly say that Lee is our technician and I ask for him on my maintenance check ups. He is thoughtful, personable, patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff!Midwest Mechanical Heating & Air

I wanna give a huge shout out to Midwest Mechanical for coming out to my house this week and getting all of my plumbing issues squared away. You guys are definitely second to none!!! If anyone needs Plumbing or HVAC work done, these guys are the ones that will get it done. Hands down. I literally called to have one thing taken care of in my kitchen, then talk about scheduling a couple of other concerns that I had as well. Lalo and his crew fixed everything while they were at my house. Thank you Midwest Mechanical.
