- Refund and Exchange Policy
- We, unfortunately, do not allow refunds. However, on select Memory Foam mattresses, we do give our customers a 30-Day Exchange Trial. During the first thirty days, if a customer, for any reason, does not like the mattress, is not sleeping well on the mattress, or wishes to exchange the mattress, we allow the customer to exchange the mattress for 100% store credit to be used towards the purchase of a new mattress. If a replacement is made that is a lesser value than their initial purchase, the customer does not pay anything, although there will not be a refund of the difference between the two prices. If the customer chooses a replacement that costs more than their initial purchase, they are only responsible for the difference between the two, plus tax. Delivery fees are sperate and may apply. Again, this 30-Day Exchange Trial only applies to select Memory Foam mattresses.
