    Outstanding workmanship performed on an heirloom Teapot that our Rottie ran into the bookcase it was displayed on, it fell off the shelf, and a foot and the handle broke off. **** reinstalled the foot and handle, followed up by a superb polishing, made the Teapot look better than new! At this point you can't tell that it was ever damaged. Robben Metal Restoration will definately be our go-to business if we ever need any future Metal Restoration.******

    The handle on an antique pickle castor we bought broke. It had apparently been fixed before. The restoration by Robbin was so good that you cannot tell that the handle had ever been broken. The metal was a perfect match and the polish was excellent so that it matched the antique look. The fee for restoration was a very fair price for the quality. I would highly recommend Robbin for any metal restoration.

    This group restored an ornate 19th century silver kiddush cup to perfection. It was badly tarnished, unstable, and, because of an over-zealous botched cleaning job, was riddled with fine holes. Robben Metal Restoration had it ready in a few days and were able to deliver it in time for my daughter's wedding. I will be forever grateful to them for their professionalism and artistry.

I am absolutely delighted to now have a reliable, courteous, timely, responsive, personable, skilled, fair- priced, sensible metal restorer. **** and her team have been absolutely marvelous in helping me to restore a Victorian epergne: a wedding present to my grandmother in ****, and a pretty silver cake stand which had separated from its pedestal. At the same time I sent 3 silver-plate Table Spoons for possible repair and replating. With caution not to offend me, **** gently enquired if my spoons were sentimental. After I indicated not sentimental, she offered me some replacement items in very good shape for a fraction of what I would have needed to pay for replating of my spoons. The cake stand and epergne are astonishing. We are simply delighted. Now let me say getting to **** was AFTER approaching silver repair establishments in Chicago area. One business indicated my items were not worth to repair and NO interest in helping me. In another case only 1 elderly technician was available, with a very long wait and needing a long drive and an appointment. Another silver repair place in Chicago area in past years applied LAQUER without my asking, to 2 SILVER ELKINGTON PLAQUES from 1891. I was cross.Do yourself a favor and put your trust and special items in the care of **** at Robben Metal Restoration. You will not be disappointed, instead will be so very happy.
