    The trash man ruined our basketball goal. I was told by this company they would replace it and they never did and refuse to answer the phone or return calls.

    Called to start service. The office staff never called me back to get me set up but they were quick to take payment over the phone. After 24 hrs I called and cancelled. They were to refund me the amount they charged $29.60. I called for over 2 weeks to get the refund and every time I spoke with someone they said it was refunded and that they needed to look into it. Finally I called and ask to take the office manager- ******. She said this was the 1st time shes heard about this. How can that be? Well lack of communication and professionalism. I would not use them or recommend. If thats how they run the office, I cant imagine how worse it would be to deal with a much difficult situation.

    Customer called to set up ********************** on March 27, 2024. Service was set to start on April 2, 2024. Customer called back to cancel ********************** before her start date. Customer was refunded on April 11, 2024  As per out company policy states, she was refunded within 14 business days.

    My trash wasnt picked up on the day it was scheduled to be picked up, Sept. 2nd. Because they have run behind in the past, I waited the following day. No pickup. I called the next Tuesday and was promised a pickup that exact day. No pickup. I called again the next day, same promise. This continued for a couple more days. Promises, but no follow through. Once again on the regularly scheduled pickup, no show. This is 2 weeks now that Ive had no pickup. I have talked to the 2 ladies in the office, and the supervisor credited me one week on my bill. Two days ago, I was promised a second week to be credited. I called yesterday, Sept. 13th to speak with a boss. He supposedly wasnt there and wouldnt be until the end of the day. I called, no answers. *** had multiple promises and NO follow through! And not answering their phone for hours is unacceptable. I suspect they have caller ID and screen my calls. This is no way to run a business! My trash has sat out in my lawn for 2 weeks because Im physically unable to keep lugging it back and forth! Ive even had to mow around it! I need someone to pick up my trash as promised. Ive been so stressed for 2 weeks now!

    I pay a monthly fee of $60 to have a dumpster at my home. Ive had it for 5 years now.. just in the last year its been awful.. the dumpster is full Its been 3 weeks they have yet to empty it. This is not the 1st time this happened but it has happened a lot lately. Its like they come around once a month when they are to come every week. I will be asked them to remove dumpster as I will find a better service. This is gone on long enough.so Im calling them to get the dumpster removed. I am sure they wont rush out to remove it. I cant get them to provide the service or discount me for the service I havent received. But they want free money. Idk about you all but every ***** is precious to me. I get no answers by calling them.. all they say is I will reach out to the driver.. then nothing. They dont call me back but when I call again to see what has happened.. no one knows a thing. Its awful.. so I am at a loss of what to do.
