      Had a water softener installed worked 3 months then quit they refused to send someone out to fix it under warranty. stay away from them hire a plumber and get one the hardware store.

      Hello ***************  I am confused at this review and complaint.  I show that your system was installed 3 years ago.  There is no record on your account of having any issues with the system since it was installed in 2020. 

      I can't imagine a situation that we would refuse to send someone out to look at your system if there was an issue.  We are a service organization that performs service calls everyday upon request.  I assume there has been something lost along the way. 

      We have been in business and growing our business since 1959.  I'm sure you would agree, if we refused to service our customers we wouldn't have been able to continue to grow and provide the service we do. 

      Can you clarify what activities took place that led to this review?  We are truly confused at this report.
