  10/04/24 TESTING FOR **** I had an appointment with ***** after she asked me questions about my whole life. She tells me she will not get me a full diagnosis for ADHD. I asked why?! she said she can put me on a waiting list for 1.5 years untill then she could be me on a non stimulant. I told her I have had adderall before and I know it works for me. I told her I am asking for help and need the help and I know it works! She says I know adderall will help you I cant just prescribe everyone adderall to everyone that comes in I told her thats not what Im asking. I am there for me and I never like going to ** for this reason. She prescribes me a non stimulant and went to fill it and its over $79 with insurance. I called the nurse back to task if they can switch the medicine to something cheaper or let me try some samples before I pay $79 for something i am not sure will even work. Its sad ***** follows the status quo only does what she is told. She did not care about what I had to say nor did she listen to me. Horrible experience from a professional??? I left there feeling like no one cares about my mental health. I never ask for help and the one time I do.. I was completely ignores.

  Doctor bold face LIED to me and told me my anxiety medication (gabapentin) was a controlled substance so they refused to fill one of my medications bc of being on this other "controlled substance" (gabapentin- which is NOT actually a controlled substance in indiana btw). The medication that they refused to fill has done more for me than ANYTHING and as I broke down in tears explaining I CANNOT FUNCTION without the medication, was given an "oh well" shrug. Did not address any of my concerns for the appt, did not ask me any questions regarding my current wellbeing or my medications. Was instead just instantly told I was on two controlled substances (again, gaba is not controlled) and would not be getting reprscribed my most beneficial medication bc of that, and that was ALL I got from my appt. Wasn't asked which one I'd prefer to be on but instead told she doesn't believe I have adhd which is BAFFLING to hear from someone who is talking to me (over a tv screen) for the first time and for not even 5 minutes at that point AND AFTER I've been prescribed my adhd medication from MULTIPLE doctors with absolutely zero issue for YEARS until now. There was no addressing concerns, no addressing other meds, not even asking how I've been doing. Probably one of the absolute worst experiences I've had in my entire time of seeking psychiatric care.
