      Called in morning for repair of gas leak in supply line just inside my basement. NIPSCO had shutoff gas and pinned meter valve. ************* promised a technician by 3pm to repair. He arrived looked at problem and left saying he had to go to Ft ***** for parts and would return tomorrow. My house is 3.5 miles from JO **************************** The gas line is standard black pipe...a 6 length, a T and an elbow....can't believe South Milford doesn't stock that. I called ** **** to complain and was offered a Service Manager.....I needed hot water and gas for my stove ...not a bunch of excuses. .

      We are sorry that we didn't meet the expectations of ********************. We procured the parts and called him back the next day to schedule the tech back out, he informed the dispatcher that he wished to cancel the repair.

      My air went down July 19th when we were having a get together so we called this company because they installed the unit. They sent a tech who said he had been with company since November of last year because he was a gold miner before that. His wife had found a job back here. Not saying he did not know what he was doing but I was in the business for thirty and said I thought it was low on charge. He said TXV PROBLEM. Call another company found it to be low on charge. They wanted charge $600 and could not get part for a month. Would not use them at all.
