- Fresh Air Screens, Inc. is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. After 14 days, the product is subject to the Manufacturer’s warranty. Some exceptions may apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the product in the original packaging, with the proof of purchase within 14 days to qualify for a refund. Once the product is received, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the original purchase. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
