    I highly recommend New Wave Home Solutions. Incredible customer service and top-tier technical service. Prices are great as well. They earned my loyalty and Im now a customer for life. These people actually care about their customers. Another ************ (PB) botched my new furnace install and refused to correct it. I had a month long allergic response to the fumes it generated. Desperate, I called others for quotes on yet another new *********** Wave suggested inspection rather than immediate replacement. The owner arrived the next day, *** Years Eve. He found major problems and documented everything in pictures and writing. I confronted the other company with the evidence, they agreed to replace the furnace, but botched the reinstall as well. I was still congested, coughing, miserable, living in my tiny office. The other company never contacted me again. Good ************ Wave called me 13 Jan wondering how it was going, concerned for my welfare. I explained the situation and asked them to install a new furnace. She pulled some strings and scheduled for the next day. 14 Jan *** ********* arrived on time and installed the furnace. They were briefed on my situation and did everything they could to ensure I would have no more issues. Excellent professional installation. They even did work not related to the furnace for free. They also cleaned up carefully before leaving.20 Jan *** Wave called to check my condition. They were always in contact. I replied that I was no longer congested, coughing, and hacking. For the first time in 6 weeks I could be out and about in the house and didn't need to wear a mask or respirator. I was so happy!The *** Wave team did a great job for me. Their diagnosis of the old furnace was very thorough and professional. Scheduling their furnace install on a moment's notice was like magic. The installers were experienced and personable. A great crew!New Wave Home Solutions is now my go-to **** company.
