  I service my country I need somebody I can't rely on when i'm not home, still currently service, I am ******* at local *************** post, and stuffer form thing form overseas, this company was doing Spyful things to us through the time using them this last incident my family brought out one too many trash barrels, they make us use our own barrels but instead of taking a normal amount and talking to us, they took the small barrel bag and a half (my daughter took the trash out trying to help us out took to many, she a kid three barrels normal we have a small and big one to be pick up.), but they and left everything else for us when I called to ask him about it, why service I paid for wasn't being fully completed, the lady got rude and yelled at me told me they need my business, and they will cancel my service, they still own me money too, Bad and rude people, my wife just got out of surgery after being hospitalized. Wow. This is all my opinion and in my experience. I want to share my experience with the thousands I network with.

  I can't understand all of this, but this customer has enough ********************** for five families. He has been told the limit before, as it is on every bill we send to all of our customers. He has paid us through November 28, and we will continue to pick up 6 bags of trash weekly until then. This is not the first times we have had problems with this customer. We have had to shut him off due to lack of payment in the past.

  Everyone should stay away from this business! The lady who answers the phone who claims she's the owner is incredibly rude and should seek mental help. She mocked me, laughed at me, and called me an a****** for simply asking about a mail vs. email bill option. When I called about their trash services not dumping my trash, she called me a liar and hung up on me. If you know what's good for you, you should stay away from this place!

  This former customer did not like to pay his bill, and service had to be discontinued to get money for the bills past due. He is the one that always calls to yell at us over the phone for not getting his trash when there is money owed to us.
